A Sorrowful Farewell

Counting the time
Waiting for the crime
The loss of innocence
A faint reminiscence
I`m in the twilight
Surrounded by the night
The memories have been disgraced
The scene is still unchanged
The time is near
The message is clear
The battle will be fought
Fight now.
Fear not.
I keep stilI am trying to feel
The hate that`s within you
Im going to win you
I was mistaken
I was forgotten
Unbroken silence
Absolute violence
I praise the song of defeat
I am the bottom and he`s the summit
A sorrowfull farewell
Where does salvation dwell?

A guaranteed SUCCESS formula

Success is not an accident. Success is not a matter of luck. There is a five-step formula that can be followed and, if you have the commitment to follow it you will reap the rewards:
  • Decide what you want: Make a decisions as to what success will be for you. Everyone has a different idea of what success is. if you don't take the time to define it for yourself then how can you possibly get there?
  • Find out what you have to do to get it: At the time that you set your success goal you may have no idea at all as to what you will need to do in order to arrive there. Some successful people have taken what they have learned over many years and found ways to help you learn quickly and easily.
  • Break down what you have to do into daily tasks: Once you have discovered what you need to do, it is important to break that into bite-size chunks that you can accomplish in a day (still leaving time to meet your other responsibilities).
  • Put those tasks in their order of importance: Each night before you go to bed decide what will be the most important task that you need to accomplish the following day. Successful people know how to make decisions and set priorities. That is the shortcut to success.
  • Complete one of those important steps each day: If you can accomplish one task each day, you will have accomplished 365 tasks in a year. Imagine how much improvement that could total.

The fifth step is where the power resides. It is the habit of chipping away your goal each and every day that will bring that goal into reality. Keep the tasks small and achievable and before you know it you will have your success goal. Good luck bro n sis...

The Jackson 5 - the legacy

The Jackson 5 (also spelled The Jackson Five or The Jackson 5ive, abbreviated as J5, and later known as The Jacksons) was an American popular music quintet from Gary, Indiana. The group, active from 1962 to 1990, regularly played from a repertoire of R&B, soul, funk, and later disco. Considered "one of the biggest phenomenons in pop music" during the early 1970s, the Jackson 5 are also notable for launching the career of their lead singer, Michael Jackson.

The Jackson five came all from the same family and became an amazing soul group. The children found an outlet in music, with elder brothers Jackie (born Sigmund Esco Jackson, 1951), Tito (born Toriano Jackson, 1953), and Jermaine (b. 1954) borrowing their father's guitar without his permission and playing along to the radio. Younger brothers Marlon (b. 1957) and Michael (b. 1958) were allowed to watch as long as they did not tell. Joseph eventually discovered that the older three boys were playing his guitar when one of the strings broke. Although he was furious at first, Joseph realized the boys had talent and began making plans to create a musical act for them....

Eight health resolutions

This year, adopt the following new year pledges and enjoy a healthy, happy 2007. There are 8 interesting resolutions:

Drink more water:
Drink a glass of water upon waking up to help flush out the toxins. Avoid drinking water during your meals as it dilutes the digestive enzymes and stay away from water an hour before bedtime.

Eat more fruits and vegetables:
If you can't imagine consuming so much vegetables and fruits in a day, try juicing. This way you only have to drink two glasses of juice instead of eating five bowls of greens.

Get adequate sleep:
The ideal number of sleeping hours to aim for is eight. Lack of sleep can affect your alertness, co-ordination and judgment. The less sleep you get, the more stressed you become. Make sure you didn't dine after nine and take a warm bath before bedtime to clear your mind of worries.

Try alternative therapies:
Traditional Chinese Medicine is practice of balance (yin and yang) in food and life. Use acuapunctureand moxibustion to release "blockages" and also take some sweet herbs to help boost energy circulation.

Exercise:
Cardiovascular workouts done daily for a minimum of 20 minutes will help to build strength and stamina. Running, swimming, cycling and climbing the stairs helps keep your heart rate up and your weight down.

Practise Yoga:
Yoga lead to emotional balance and thus physical and mental health. Each movement is designed to help specific parts of the body, eg. stretching the legs help prevent arthitis, bending the body using the abdominal muscles encourages fat burning while stretching the lower back muscles helps massage the kidney and prevent backache.

Everything in moderation:
Chocolate contains serotonin, the feel good hormone which helps fight depression and puts you in a good mood. come and enjoy chocolate... yummy!

Detox:
Our body needs to detox regularly to eliminate toxins that have built up over the week or months. Toxins tire out the body, deplete energey levels and clog up the digestive system. Detoxing means listening to your body and giving it what it needs - foods that are wholesome and nutritious, rest, relaxation, gentle massage. You'll feel renewed and ready to face the world.
